  1. Whenever I’m feeling like life has overwhelmed me I go back to the basics of gratitude. We all have something to be grateful for and the simple act of acknowledging that is so helpful to bring us back on track. Works every time.

    1. yes, very true. it’s so easy to overlook the blessings in our life because we’re so busy thinking we need more. We already have everything we need. I’m learning to be content in whatever circumstance I’m in.
